Anybody into 914s?

Just started looking this over, but it's pretty neat:

Whoever had the idea that wrapping a VW in Porsche badging would result in anything other than an overpriced VW without any redeeming social value was on powerful mood enhancing medications.

They couldn't sell them as VWs and no true Porsche fan wanted to admit they even existed.

Just my 1.5 cents worth.

Well, Milt, I'm not actually into 914s so much as I like these crazy builds.

I liked the billet Cobra, too.

I really wish I had the fab skills guys like this possess.

i have a hard time appreciating porsche's that don't end in the numbers "28" or "59".
