Well, here we go again! This year it's all paved.

OMG what a long day. 30+ red flags. Equated to 4hrs of race delays. This is the first time I've ever seen the field push the envelope like that. I counted atleast a dozen cars flying off the mountain. I also personally witnessed 3 wrecks.

Here's one from my wife's best friend's, husband. I'm right in front of him. You can see the back of my egg an can hear me say "holy shit"!

That' was close close...

That's what happens when a 1000whp unlimited car goes off course doing 100mph. He cut (4) 12" diameter trees in half on his voyage off the hill and was airboard cutting thru trees for what I would guestimate was 70+ ft.

I ran down the mountain prolly 200 feet thru a debris field spread as high as 10ft in the trees to check on the driver. His wrist was broken and he walked out. Only thing left was the cage. Watch the vid in slow mo and look at the trees.

Annnd... wreck # 2. Jeremy Foley and Co-Driver take a plunge. They also walked away. Cage was amazing!
