Pop ups headlights go up but wont go down..

Got a 91 3OOOGT , if i turn the lights on they will pop up , but when i turn them off they will stay up. Then i have to manualy turn them down...
What can this be guys ?

By manually turn them down, do you mean you have to physically go to the light and put them down ? Might be a dickey pop-up headlight button on the dash (I think its one of the ones around the cluster) or the ETACS unit is playing up

Will they go down with the button on the dash? Are there any other ETACS functions not working properly? (locks, windows, security, ect)

I have been around those cars since 2001 , i wont forget if i push the pop up button lol :P
It was the ETACS unit with a problem , change the unit and now it works fine ;)
