Pic 1 - no fucking clue. I'm lost on that. Is your can an Auto? I don't have that top connector/sensor/thingy. The bottom open connector looks like the electronic suspension harness to me.
Pic 2 - Those are Diagnostic connectors IIRC
Pic 3 - The upper and lower plugs are for the washer solvent bottle (power/low fluid sensors). Middle one looks like an aftermarket job. Maybe a previous theft alarm?

The first thing you need to do is a\get a can of scrubbing boubles and clean that stuff so you know what your looking at. Ah for us too.
Everything you posted is in the manual. You have some stuff unplugged like your washer level senser. That plugs in front of your wiper motor on the inner fender.
And of corse the plug that goes in it comes from the bottom of the bottle. THan the is a black plug in that same corner with a cap. That wire is for testing your fuel pump.
better read the manual for the rest. Just because you find plugs, that does not meen they get plugged in. But some should be and others for test when you have issues.
Down load the manual and use it. The education you get from that manual can and will save you tons of cash.
