Charcoal leather
Water pump and timing belt done at 140k
Replaced alternator with good used one
Lowering springs
Aftermarket sun roof
Shaved and painted valve cover
Open air filter
Some painted interior trim, most has been swapped out tho

looks to be rust in the back rear. and more pics of the body.

No she decided she wanted to keep the house. She wasn't fond of the idea of sleeping in the car.

There is some surface rust around the gas door where someone backed into it I guess. Was that way when I bought it, had planned on fixing it but didn't want to do it and then not get it painted.
