Up for sale is a completely rebuilt highly polished twin turbo throttle body (three vacuum ports). Throttle body was completely disassembled, cleaned, polished, and put back together. All new hardware when I put this back together- Stainless Steel Socket head bolts (lubed).

New parts ($40+):

Throttle body shaft seals (2)
New throttle plate shaft screws with Loctite Red
BISS screw, o-ring, and plug
ISC/IAC o-ring
ISC bolts
FIAV o-ring/gasket
FIAV bolts
New Throttle Body gasket - the metal one :)

TPS sensor is set. You may need to adjust BISS screw, easily done (remove plug and use screwdriver). The ISC/IAC resistance was within specs. The dashpot is still nice and spongy and is the newer model with the black “hat”. But since these commonly go out with age, I don’t guarantee these will last, so consider them free (dashpot & ISC).

Price is $200 shipped with the USA. International shipping is extra. If you send me your core throttle body, I will refund you $50 (shipping cost is on you). Your core must be complete- TPS, dashpot, and ISC. If you want to keep your sensors and/or dashpot tell me ahead of time and I will remove mine. If you want to send your core first, that is fine; I can even switch out the sensor for you (free).

Send a PM for PayPal address.

Pictures were taken on an Eastwood catalog to show how shiny it is. I thought you boys (and maybe some girls :suspect: ) would enjoy the cover. And I will clean the plastic part of the ISC... just noticed the build up.

Nice job April, your stuff seems to always come out shinier than mine. I guess I just get sick of screwing with it.

Great deal BTW!

Thanks Paul... I have a small fortune in polishing supplies and a case of OCD.

I thought you had quit polishing?

It's not that I quit, I just lost motivation.

i spy subliminal advertising... :suspect:

Well, that is where my small fortune of polishing supplies come from half the time :p. And it was the only thing on the counter at the the time.
