I know i don't really know a bunch of the members on here but thought would be fun to say that I got married on Friday. Decided to make it a mini car club meet as well which was fun. Photo's are here.

I LOL'ed @ the bride towering over the groom on the wedding cake.

Also, you must have an understanding bride since you turned the wedding into a car meet! LOL

Well done, sir. My hubs and I married at a 3S gathering and it makes it so much more fun. Kudos for having a cool wife who understands!!

I had a good time Henry. Thanks for having me. I enjoyed the reserved parking the reserved table with a dedicated dodge stealth red velvet cake for the PDX crew to part out.

Man, my wife would NEVER let me do that!

Lol it's funny cause she bought me Skyrim as a Bday prez.. I was like is it that you don't want me to spend time with you? lol. We actually both have a little girl from ex's. The plan is to finish my car (rims, tint, leather seats, rebuild) then to focus on her 1970 chevelle.

it is if i remember right

Had a '69 SS396; ex-brother-in-law had a very rare '70 LS6.

Lots of full-framed goodness. :p

I would do the Chevelle first. Like most of our cars, I predict your 3S will NEVER be done. So, if you don't do the Chevelle first, you will soon have an unhappy wife who sees your car as a black hole into which you pour time, effort and money; from which you get nothing. Just my 1.5 cents worth.

Valid idea except my Stealth is an SOHC so there isn't much you can do to it less bought a front clip lol. Or just went way crazy into $ with it.

Just trust me on this one. I have 50 years and 5 marriages worth of experience on my side. Just sayin'.

And NONE of my cars are finished yet. Not even the ones I don't have anymore.

Lol will keep in mind then :). So maybe i'll just do those few things and then focus on her car and not consider mine done. Her's is getting FULLY redone.

The only substitute for cubic inches is cubic dollars. The Chevelle will be enormous fun; it has cubic inches on its side.

LMAO @ BaadVR4 you are correct sir, however, my SOHC cost me 1000, i put 1000 into it, car runs fantastic and is a lot of fun, I say do up the SOHC first, the Chevelle will cost more in the long run to get up to par.
