on march 25th 2011 i sent pmp money for two seats he was doing a group buy on , about a month ago i finally got one of my seats ,still waiting on the others , two weeks ago i gave jason the option of either refund or a seat within the next week. and that did not happen. i dont know what to do and at this point i can not get a response from the company

That sucks, I always had a great experience doing business with Jason.

Maybe he's out of town or something. The only experience I had with Jason was that I only got my product after filing a Paypal dispute. He was quick to ship after that but wouldn't respond to calls or e-mails before then. I think sometimes there aren't enough to run the shop or answer phones. Most of the time I believe PMP is easy to deal with.

their is not a whole lot of excuses for putting off a customer for this long , i know jasons a good guy, im just trying to get the seat

I had some minor communication issues with them also, which were partially my own fault. I changed my order in midstream; but overall got everything within reasonable time.

I think we get spoiled with the quick service of the GZPs and IPOs, that are dedicated to the platform.

On the other hand any company will need to make things right if they want to survive. I hope they will straighten this out.

Well that's good but I hope he isn't having major troubles. I’d hate for him to go out of business.

What is with these shops going downhill like this? Really sad to see. :(
