im gonna replace my motor mounts and cant decide which ones to go with. my car has a fresh bottom end, 3sx stage 1 heads, 264/272 cams, aluminum cam gears, an aluminum crank pulley, and an aluminum flywheel. im not making crazy hp so i dont need hardmounts but i cant decide whether to go with straight solid or the 3sx poly mounts. what mounts do you guys like and which is better than the other?
btw. vibration is a key factor, i dont think id mind the heavy vibration at idle from the hardmounts but id definitely prefer a bit more smoothness just due to the fact that its a dd
