New Linkin Park CD

Is it just me, or does the commercial make it sound like it sucks?
The clips from the songs I heard made me think Taking Back Sunday, not Linkin Park...
I mean, Minutes To Midnight kinda sucked too, but it had a little LP left in it... did they just completely sell out? I mean, damn...

I need to hear more of the album first.
...Linkin Park has been a let down ever since "Crawling", "Numb"....etc.
I was expecting a lot more. I hope this is just a creative slump.

I have the same feeling about this album, is just another comercial album - maybe it will grow on me but I have doubts.
hopefully IN THE END they will return to better sounds.

Nickleback's new album is real commercial, too ..... but I like it.
Chad Kroeger seems to ooze commerical success.
Don't know how long that will last though.

I have always been a fan of Linkin Park. Bought all their cds and have even been to a few shows. But this cd is crap! There is like 5 or 6 "songs" on the cd that are less then a minute and a half. I hope they pull an Eminem and come out with a second cd in the following months and apologize for the last one.

M2M was crap. 1 or two decent songs. LP hasn't been the same since Shinoda decided to be a "rapper". Since they're all starting to do their own thing, the band has suffered. I've heard the new single and goddamn what a piece of trash. Do. Not. Want.

I'm really happy that I'm not the only one.
Meteora was the last good CD, in my opinion. I mean, Hybrid Theory was the best, but Meteora was okay too.
And as for Nickelback, I quit giving a shit about them after Rockstar came out.
