So we couldn't find a beer bong around my house and decided to use a VR4 manifold instead, it sort of worked.. Tasted a little rich though.

Glad I don't do shit like that anymore, LOL.

Unfortunately we cleaned it first, so it wasn't quite as manly as it would have been to drink down some carbon.

No, I just have no issue pounding back beer without a manifold, but if that is fun to you, have at it.

What do you prefer? Shotgunning? If you've never bonged 3+ beers at once, you should probably just see your way out of this thread.

Need the pic of the beer bong they used at NG. You loaded it from the 2nd floor and drank from the 1st.

Disagree. I'd rather drink from a custom long tube turbo manifold where the beer goes through the turbo on one side thus spooling it up for the beer on the other side to be rocketed down your gullet.

I like where your heads at. If the long tube primaries and compressor inlet tube were all vertical and simultaneously filled, you could have someone drinking on the turbine and compressor outlets. You'd need a lot of energy (height and mass) in the primaries to rocket the beer down your gullet though.

Now, a high speed motor on the turbine shaft... You quit, you get soaked.

Also, I work in a store that sells plumbing supplies, coffee grinders, those red plastic cups, and ping pong balls. Your beer bong is weak. :P

I tried some Fosters (AUSTRALIAN FOR BEEEEER!) during the game last night, wasn't very impressed. It didn't taste bad but I guess I just expected it to be more unique. It didn't taste a whole lot different than a Budweiser type of beer.

I'm going to hit up the local liquor store tonight and get one of those "make-your-own 6-packs" with some beers I've never tried.

Do Aussies really drink Fosters? Personally, I can't stand it.

I've had it once before, it's pretty meh. Guinness is the only beer I've ever had that I couldn't stand (flat, disgusting), but that was years ago. It's the only time I've ever just thrown away a 6 pack of beer.

You sir, have clearly never had Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic. Couldn't finish the single beer that I opened.

No, they don't. We've actually had that discussion with the Aussie's here.

And Roy, Fosters tastes nothing like Budweiser! Blasphemy! :p

My friends and I always said "Fosters, Australian for dog piss". While I've never had dog piss, I can't imagine it tastes much different.

General rule I live by: Never buy beer that is bottled with fruit or designed to taste like a fruit.

I'm picturing you sitting on that flaming couch drinking a warm cup of dog piss, working up the courage to talk to that chick.

If you guys want a lambic beer, there's only one brand worth having, and that's Lindemanns. Try their Framboise, it is an excellent beer to have at the end of a night of drinking, if you're already drunk, you'll think it's pure candy.

Indeed. My Mom got me hooked on it years ago.

I did something today that reminded me of this thread, I had to cook some food, normally I'd use the grill but I was really bored today, so I ended up welding this thing up and clamping it to a floor jack...probably the most redneck'ish thing i've ever done in my life...other than drinking beer out of a manifold.

So back on topic I tried a bunch of Wisconsin beers last weekend and every one tasted great. If anyone ever makes it to Wisconsin you should give Spotted Cow a try, its' good stuff. I'm low on cash and had to settle for bud light tonight, which tastes like crap compared spotted cow.
