Something to consider on your tire sizes.

245/45/17 is the stock size and it is 25.7" tall
255/40/17 are only 25" tall and will only increase wheel gap and throw off your speedo.
255/45/17 are 26" tall and will likely rub
245/40/17 areonly 24.7" tall and will look stupid and throw your speedo off big time.
235/45/17 is 25.3" tall and again will only increase wheel gap. Its also almost 1/2 narrower than stock.

Also no one in their right mind will trade you 2g headlights, which sell for $300+ for a pair, for your $125 item unless you have cash to throw back at them.
