Not sure how to explain it, but on my stratus r/t when you press fown the pedal there's a certain finesse to going to first(or shifting for that matter) due to the clutch pedal coming back up real fast.

My stealth pedal seems to come up a bit slower(and is preatty easy to shift) just feels funny when the pedal comes back up, maybe something is worn? Anyone have any expirence with this? Doesn't feel like it needs a new clutch.

how hard is it to press down?

Goes down nice and easy. My stratus pedel wasn't super hard but it had plenty of preasure you knew it was coming up fast when you pulled your foot off it from the preasure against your foot.

uhm, my vr4 has an assist spring down under the dash, maybe that's bound up or something and is making it have a super hard spring rate. but i would think that that would make it hard to press down.

probably the brake master or slave...they both seem to have an average lifespan.

they are nothing to amazing construction wise, just pull each one apart and inspect...usually that's enough to kick them on for long enough for you to afford the refurb parts.
