Disable img code in chat box

The Chatbox is small, yet we have people still posting pictures, gifs etc in the chat and sometimes it fills the whole thing and just eats memory. Disabling img makes it so people don't have to view a pic unless they want to click a link.

+1 for this if everyone else is cool with it. The gifs are pretty distracting.

Where you been hiding? I don't think I've seen you around lately.

Probably a good idea to disable it. It does take up too much room but I don't use chat a lot.
