Can we have the links [same as top of page also at the bottom?

ie; Home * Forum * Suggestion Box * Post New Thread

Noticed this was added but now with the new update it's gone again. Can we turn it back on?

Bump. Can we add this to the bottom of the page? Like at the top.

Forum => Site Stuff => Suggestion Box => links at bottom of the page?

I have looked into it. I have not figured out why its not working.
