I bought my 93 Stealth RT/TT in December of 2008. Von (xwire), owner of Morgan's Motorsports, even offered to bring his truck and trailer to bring it back to STL (since I picked it up in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.) It's been quite a long time since then, and I think some of you remember seeing it in Memphis at NG09 (but I didn't race) with a fresh coat of paint and 180K maintenance done.

Since then, I thought long and hard about my goals for the car. I wanted a powerful street car (since this was going to be my DD), and I wanted a turn key car that would always fire right up, have the power I needed, and get me where I needed to go consistently.

Von suggested a 15G build (partly because I snagged a brand new set of 15G's for a steal on the other site right after I bought the car really. They literally sat in boxes in my basement and apartment for 2 years!)

So Von and Levi (95gto) gave me all the advice and suggestions I needed to get my car from dream to reality. (Special mention also to Eric vr440 of Mid America Customs for my original custom exhaust and also for my most recent cosmetic upgrade). If you're curious, boomer3000 (boozer to some) is rocking my old exhaust.

My build wasn't that radical, but as with any car build, things never go the way you want them to. My knock sensor was acting up, my wideband o2 died, my boost controller didn't want to work right away, my AWS system broke, my floorboards were rusted through, etc. You name it, this car had it or had a problem with it.

However, Morgan's Motorsports came through for me every time, and as you can see in the video below, this car gets it done just as I had hoped.

So once again, thanks to Morgan's Motorsports. I couldn't be happier with this car. And then of course, Von has mentioned that he has a few other special things he wants me to look at in the coming months! Stay tuned.

Will vouch for this car and Morgan's Motorsports. :)

This car was given much life from where it was and had been!

It never fails that every year at the NG, the cars that Morgan's Motorsports build end up going home with trophies. Whether they are for the track events or for the cosmetic awards, they always seem to win something.

It speaks volumes for the amount of work that goes into the cars that the MMS team builds.

Hey Ft. Wayne is in my backyard! Lol. I met Von at NG11 and he was a really cool guy and easy to talk to. I know some shop owners and guys with some serious know-how are kind of an ass when talking to newbs but he talked to me like I was one of the guys.

Big props to Von and all the Morgan's guys.

Not to mention that they're a pretty terrific group of people. :) Except that they over-served me....

I think one of Morgan's Motorsport's cars got captured in my signature.

Two of them did actually

The Red one is Von Morgan's (xwire) car

The graphite (purple) one is Levi Bailey's (95gto) car

Von is a wonderful guy and mechanic... But an even better friend!!! Thanks to you all for the support and positive up bringing.

I have to agree. I met him on "the other site" while I was a freshmen in college with a 96 3000gt Sl with a blown motor. As soon as I got out of school we trailered my car there and dropped it off at his house. Although I was terrified to leave my baby at a someone's house that I have never met, it all worked out. Within 2 weeks my car had a 3.5 in it and was running low 15s at the track.
Soon after that I decided that I still didn't have enough power. The MMS (Morgan's Motorsports)/ STL3S team came with me to look at a few VR4s. Then we finally found one. I was told that if I didn't buy it, that someone else in STL3S was going to because it was such a good deal.

MMS devotes a lot of their personal time to these cars and usually tends to not get much recognition. MMS/STL3S has changed my life for the better and I know that even if i ever sell my VR4, I'll still have some of the best people in my life regardless of what I'm driving.

September 2010 I Joined the Air Force but I was not going to sell my car. Von gladly has been watching it for me. I got a few weeks off in December 2010 where I got to come home. When my parents picked my up from the airport and we drove home. In the driveway was my car. I was not expecting it to be there but he delivered it there on his own free will with all the work done to it that I asked him to do. Hes not just a "car guy" he is more off a Big Brother to me...or a dad since he is so old :drunk:

I've have been ordering more and more parts to his shop and he has yet to tell me to slow down! (I don't think that is possible...):best:

Sounds like a plan I am always up for a good race. And you will love how the single turbo comes on, nice smooth power that will trick ya as it doesn't feel as it falls off even when bouncing off the rev limiter.

Gonna be fun, im gonna be running a billet 6765 from comp turbo so yeah, should be very smooth and just fly on the big end, cant wait! :D Im gonna be shifting like a mad man with the JDM gears but should give me a very usable 4th gear which will do 167 at 7800 rpm with the USDM gears will only go 155 with the JDM gears, i figure at best i'll be trapping lower 130's so should give me good gearing on the back half. 1st only loses 3mph so it'll be almost unchanged and still pretty much useless...*launch* then SHIFT! lol

Do you run a water tank for your a/w setup or just whats in the system itself?
