this is for a 92 fwd 5spd trans
i already ordered new axles (was only a few $ more than buying all new boots, which i badly needed)

debating on replacing seals or not, since the axles will be out already

they seem ok so far, but i've barely driven the car at all

anyway, here's the part #s i have
Left Axle Seal MB837028
Right Axle Seal MB837029
are these right? anyone have a cheaper place to get them or a diff recommended brand
local mits dealership wants $100 for the set

I'd get them for sure. A lot of time with removing axles you can damage them. That's crazy for a seal price. Check out MitsParts.com | "Mitsubishi Parts" | "Mitsubishi Accessories" (http://www.mitsparts.com), I'm sure they'll be cheaper.

yeah, i know cherry hill / mitsparts.com is a bit cheaper
just wondering if the adv auto brands would be ok, think they are like $40 for a set and i can get them for about $25

They would probably work and I'm sure tons of people are running them without issues. I'm a bit weird about stuff like that and always want to use OEM.

actually they're way cheaper than i was thinking
Buy Beck/Arnley Drive Axle Flange Seal 052-3513 at Advance Auto Parts (http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_Drive-Axle-Flange-Seal-Beck-Arnley_18020373-P_1214_R|GRP60017_478006414____)
$5 each, and after discount, would only be like $3 each :)
only thing is, oem parts list 2 different parts
advance lists the same part # for each side
which would probably work, but what's confusing is they have 3 different listings for the same part# and somehow 1 of them fits, but the other's don't, even though theyre the same part# lol
doesn't make much sense, but for $6 a pair, it's worth a try
