Bumper repair

First thing's first, what material is our bumper? ABS plastic? TPO?

Secondly, what is the best way to fix a tear in the bumper? Glue of some sort? Fiberglass? A combination?

I know it's easier to just replace it, but I kinda wanna learn how to do something like this. I'm so dumb in the subject I don't even know what to ask lol

On the rear of the bumper there should be a circle or triangle or something with some letters in it identifying the type. If not, I can look back and find out. You definitely can plastic weld it and I would recommend that, followed by evercoat poly-flex. Works pretty well.
