Here's a lecture in the TVO (TV Ontario, similar to PBS) best lecturer series. It's one of my past professors, Dr. Persinger. What are your thoughts?

Everything Dr. Persinger and the behavioural neuroscience group at Laurentian is submitted to be published. Dr. Persinger is against keeping this technology secret, and he turned down offers to commercialize it already (his magnetic brain stimulation can do a lot of other things as well).
