This is a quality HID kit, not a cheap eBay imitation. New this kit was about $175 and has less than one year of use, then sat in my spare parts room for about two years. Worked fine when removed. Only removed because my wife didn't like it. Includes everything in the picture.

The other connector on each side plugs directly into the standard bulb socket.

I'm not trying to be a downer, but you can get the kit new for about $80 with the single thin ballast, and I am not talking about e-bay kits. May want to lower the price to sell it.

The color/temperature rating in Kelvins "K" might be on the base of the bulb.

I can do $50 and take a chance on it since it's used. Unknown hours/mileage and "K" rating on bulbs...
