Before anyone says anything, NO I have not read the codes, I really need to do this however I'd like to get a jump start on what this could be
Car = 1991 Mitsubishi Diamante 30RS (JDM) 3L DOHC automatic.
*sometimes* if I nail it, funnily enough, usually at night, I will get a check engine light appear on the digital LCD readout.
What could be the cause of this issue? The check engine light will go off once i turn the car off and restart it. But will only happen when my foot is jammed to the floor *sometimes*
Where could I start looking? And yes, in due time, Will be doing a code read
Also, car feels fine when the check engine light is on. No loss of power or anything, feels totally normal.
