Tachometer is Out

This may sound like a nub question but I haven't experienced on fixing this. Tach doesn't work anymore, anyway to repair it?

Did you try pressing on it lightly? Connection in the back could be lose (if youve taken it apart before, that is)

I used to always smack the top of the dash and then it would come back, well lately I smacked the dash and nothing is happening. :P

bump, anyone know how to dissemble it? I took everything a part in it not really knowing how it is all hooked up, really up I didn't messed up anything and I can't test it until friday when my car is back up. LOL

You have the cluster out? I've never seen an internal problem with the cluster, usually its in the wiring harness
