Online CAPS

I found this a while back and thought it was pretty useful. I haven't had luck installing WinCAPS on my computer. This was the only place I could find part numbers for my particular JDM engine. Alot of it is russian, but the USA section is english.

This one does sort-of have prices. I think it's the Russian company's prices, so I'm not sure how useful it will be. Many of the part numbers seem to have an "I" following them. Click the part number, delete the "I" in the search field if necessary, select one of the options if necessary, change the currency to $ and it should work somewhat ok. If you can read russian, you will have a much easier time.
