New Cam Gears, Plugs and reset ECU. Now my tunes way off?

So I installed jackhammer cam gears, new plugs and of course left the battery off for a day or so. Everything seems to be running great until I get on the gas. AFR's don't richen up quick and as a result knock jumps immediately to 14+.

Would the cam gears change the tune?
My fuel trims before where all pretty close to 100 so is it something else the computer has to learn. I don't want to just start adding fuel until I understand what's changed.

Are the cam gears on in the stock timing position, or are they advanced/retarded. If they are then that will change the tune slighty. It could also be something simply not hooked back up from when you installed them, like the vacuum line to the FPR. Have you looked over the car to make sure everything is there?
