I had this discussion with a friend of mine. My buddy has a supra on stock fuel system with a 1300 dollar single turbo kit. He is on waste gate boost at 10 psi and he is putting down 530 to the tires....

I have put more time money and effort into my car and I am probably only going to put down 400+ just kinda dumb how it is like that...

not suprised considering the supra comes with more fuel to begin with.

to at least level the playing field youll need to ignore the cost of any fuel mods. couple that with the efficiancy of a larger single compared to our twins (even bolt on upgrades) and the 3s doesnt really stand a chance. the piping required to put a single on a 3s (while doable and has shown very good results) it still doesnt compare to the layout of an inline 6.

it has been tested that the 6g72 makes more power psi for psi due to having better heads but the info backing that up is buried somewhere in the quagmire on the other site.
