I'm planning a welcome home party it I want it to be March 19th it should be a little warmer out by then adn I have some work that needs to get done on the stealth before my drive to PA. it will be bring your own beer adn snacks burgers will be provided. If you want to work on a car I have a 2 car garage with a good bit of tools.

I'm in Kuwait still no deffinet time line when I get home it sucks trying to plan stuff around the needs of the army. I'm hopeing to be home by the weekend.

I would suggest planning something once you are already home. then, you'll have given yourself a few days to rest as well as know for sure that you'll be there for it. :coo3l:

Yeah I remember Kuwait back in 04. We spent almost 3 months there trying to catch a flight out, one month was spent cleaning crap to load on the boat..... The waiting to get out sucked worse than the other 16 months we spent just outside of BIAP!!!

I might be coming I haven't decided yet. I want to bring the Stealth but the throw out bearing is rattling so I'm debating driving it. It's been running good minus the bearing. I have the replacement already I just have to find time to drop the trans. I also need to find time to get the rear tires on the Mustang replaced as they are bald and it is my daily driver!!!

Yoshi if your going let me know. I might follow you down just in case something happens. I'll buzz you tomorrow to see if your going.

Sure, we'll bring a couple of chairs. We'll also bring a side and our beverages (non alcoholic, since we have to drive back).

Thanks for the food and the great conversations everyone. I always like meeting new people with the same interests. I found out on the way home that the gas gauge is way off...LOL I had a full tank when I left Raleigh. On the drive home it was about a half tank and the low fuel light came on!!! So I have to readjust the gauge needle and find out why I can't fill the tank up all the way without it spurting out at me when it's only half full... Guess I'll have to drop the tank and check all the lines and pump again....Yeah!


Thanks for the heads up on the input bearing noise Chris! You saved me from having to drop the tranny...Yea!!
