I finally have some sets in stock! I stopped making the fiberglass inserts myself and I'm starting to get the professionally made ones.
I'm sure most of you have seen my headlights by now, but for those of you who haven't:

I'll be happy to answer any questions, but first please visit Latitude 42 Motorsports (http://www.latitude42motorsports.com) and look around. I have tons of info, even a video detailing the installation process.
I started a group buy months ago to help make some crucial first sales to keep from going bankrupt. But of the 15+ people who signed up, TWO people have actually paid and received their sets. The others either don't have money or are ignoring me. I've got bills to pay and I need to move some products.
So I'm offering up a limited time deal: I'll sell the next two sets at $700 - and I'll pay shipping.
I accept paypal or card payments through my secure website.
These are expensive top quality kits - get your set now, because if I don't sell some soon there won't be any more latitude 42 motorsports.

Pair them with these headlights, and you've got sex on wheels :D
GLWS I wish I still had a first gen so I could get these to put on my car.

You like that? Let's get Cianci to make it lol. It's amazing what a paintbrush in photoshop will do.

you should post a set on ebay
get a lot more of an audience there
even if it doesn't sell, you may stir up more interest
it's like free advertising

They're on ebay, but I can sell them cheaper here because ebay takes a cut.

Hard to believe that we finally have a viable option for 1st gen guys and nobody is buying?
Everyone begged for this for years!

I know... it's a little upsetting. I have some excellent other products in the works, but I'm not sure I want to make parts for the 3S community anymore. I can't tell you how hard I've worked to get to this point, and now I can't give them away.
Anyways... I'm now accepting any reasonable offer or partial trades. Just need to move some sets.

I wish they had been done for the RT/TT.

I would think they should work on any 1st gen. The rt corner lights might like odd butted up against these tho.
Good luck with the sale. I think they look great (especially with that kit) (http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c231/lancelotgt/Headlight%20Project/SleekHeadlightsv2Large.jpg) and are at a fair price. But, I'm not surprised that they're not moving so fast at this price. If you are very frugle and are doing your own work, a 2nd gen frontend conversion can be done for less than 500.
If there was anyway you could dramatically reduce the cost of your production and sell them for a lot less, that would help more than anything. Everyone's broke :(
If I still had a 1st gen and an expendable income, I'd probably buy a set.

they should fit on any 1st gen i would think
From what I understand, they won't fit the RT or RT/TT because of the snake eyes and turn signals -- at least won't fit as a plug n play... needs modification.

i wasn't done yet, hit submit too soon, lol
i thought at least the electrical connections would be the same, tho
and maybe some minor bracket differences

I was just on Ebay earlier today and realize why it's not that good of a market anymore for car parts, there was 49 pages under headlights for 3000GT and 43 of those pages are repeat products of cheap Chinese junk and light bulbs. I think if you really want to reach the right markets with your products you should strike up a deal with 3sx or Cianci or something. I'll admit that even I hardly go on Ebay anymore to find anything for our cars because most of the website is filled with junk these days. Just thought I'd throw out that piece of experience that I've been having with ebay lately. Most of the custom products are consigned through 3SX now, even random ones produced here on the forums.
