New York Schools and New York Budget Crisis

This looks pretty bad for schools...is there nothing else to cut?

Sucks really bad for the kids; I certainly feel for them. However, I kind of have no symapthy for New Yorkers. They elected Cuomo. He's one that I extremely dislike. He's the equivalent of an ambulance chasing lawyer. The worst part is he truly believes, or at least has convinced himself, he's on a righteous crusade. Unfortunately, he fails to notice those he crushes along the way, and pointless, frivilous fail policy he creates.
