After Engine Rebuild

I just had my engine rebuilt, and the car will be stored for the next 3-4 months depending on the weather. I was wondering when I do the first oil change what oil should I use? Synthetic or Conventional?
I posted this on the "other" site and no answers so I'm hoping someone here can.

German Castrol Syntec 0w-30
Amsoil
Mobil 1 0w-40

[Lithium]

I would use conventional due to the short oil change intervals associated with a new motor. Once you get past the break in period you can switch to synthetic.
