So the consensus today at the shop, was that I needed to revise the wording on my diagnosis of a drivability issue. Seems everyone else in the shop considered it unwise to tell the customer that her truck was fat and retarded...

I'm not sure what their problem with it was? I'm sure she would have understood such a precise diagnosis... right?

What did they want? Over fueled and ignition challenged? I'm guessing they are all under the age of 30 and so haven't been properly educated in descriptive terminology applicable to fuel mixture and ignition timing conditions.
