Well I've never been much of a domestic guy, but this thing is going to be bad-ass. This is a Mustang GT with a 408 stroker, the turbo kit is on the way, and Its' going to be running the same turbo I've got on my VR4, a Borg Warner S400. Its' also got some nitrous. 1000WHP should be no problem with this motor.

I work on this for a friend when I'm not working on my VR4, Hopefully it'll be running soon and burning off tires. I'll post up some more pictures/videos when more parts arrive.

What a build. You guys are nuts out there in the midwest :p

I doubt whether a Ford V8 will be able to handle 1000HP without popping the radiator or even cracking the block. Not without spending mega dollars on it. It's not a japper.

Looks like he spent a hefty chunk of change on this build. Not sure I'd go so far as to call it mega dollars, but still, more money than I have, haha.

Yeah theres definitely more money into that then I have into my VR4. We don't have much else to do here in the winter other than work on cars and drink beer unfortunately. Maybe I should move somewhere warm :lol:

not really a fan of mustangs or any american muscle cars... but its always nice to see cool build. 1000hp on rear wheels? :)

Reminds me of my friends Stang. He has a sn95 with a 408 low comp stroker as well and is collecting his turbo parts right now. He is going Borg Warner s480.
