GI: IPS 3" single shot catback

just like the title says. It's a stainless IPS 3" single-shot catback. it has an upgraded 21" vibrant cannister, instead of the generic 17" cannister. appx 3k miles. paid >$450, including the upgraded cannister. asking for $300 obo.

Is the $300 shipped?

...$300 shipped would essentially be taking a 50-60% hit on this vs. what i paid. i'm willing to negotiate some though.
