converting a 5.7L hemi to twin turbo

my boss wants me to install my old 9b's on his 5.7L hemi ...never one to disappoint, I accepted his challenge. I've pretty well decided that it will be easier to install them in the rear of the truck "similar to the zo6 turbo setup" as apposed to building headers from scratch, however, it has come to my attention that I don't know where to get the flanges for the "in" and "out" side of the exhaust part of the turbos. do you guys know where these can be found? I know this is a little unorthodox, but he is weird and likes stuff like this. compression on these is 9.6-1, but I don't trust the internals to save my life, so I figure 7lbs waste gate boost pressure should get the job done. also, do you guys think i need to inter cool this if i put it at the back of the truck?

it has come to my attention that these don't flow enough for the 5.7, so what if i run exhaust dumps before the turbos? will this free up flow, and still let them spool?

If I remember right td04s choke up the 3.5 stroker so no way would a v8 5.7 do good on them.

they choke up the stock motor, i dont think they would do anything on a motor twice the size besides make very hot air.

The graph says it all by 4 grand its already falling off, and thats stock 3.0 motor.

Also the 5.7's like superchargers and you can get turnkey kits for this or TT setups. This is what I would do.

15g's choke on a 3.5L. i've seen the chart. on a 5.7L i'm thinking that even dr750's would be gasping for air.

td06's are probably more in line.

The dr-750's choked the 3.5l stroker, that was the first engine matt threw the dr-750's on until he but it on his stock 3.0 engine.

Whatever turbo you want to pick for a 5.7L hemi, that you can get for cheap enough and that will flow enough air.
One turbo OR two will do the job fine, as long as sized right.
If you do a rear-mount turbo setup at the back of the vehicle with long intake pipes going to the engine and less than 8psi of boost, no intercooler will be needed, and that's all totally feasible.
One of the trickiest parts would be the oil setup to cool the turbo(s) at the rear of the vehicle. This would probably need a booster pump, so it could be set up on an independent system with a small oil cooler / reservoir / electric pump at the back of the vehicle.

A company that produces those rear-mount turbo kits for vehicles is located here in Utah.
