Red 3000GT sitting beside a Pearl Yellow Stealth in a driveway with a license plate that says "RT TURBO" in or around Arlington area, VA.

I got a call asking about it and I was curious. :)

Hmm. I used to know who that is. I've seen the tag (and owner) a few times at the local Chik Fil A meets a year or two ago, I thought.

Taking a guess ... TSIShinobi?

I was almost thinking it might have been Hannibal... I know he has a couple of 3/S's and one of them is red.

I think you're right. It's been well over a year since I saw either of them, and I've only met them once, so my memory is fuzzy at best.

That probably is Hannibal. He has (had?) a Novara front on his yellow RT/TT
