Hi All,
Does anyone have a pic of a red 3000GT or GTO [preferably a 1st gen] with these wheels? My current wheels have cracks in them and these are the only ones I like. Just want to see them on my car... so red 1st gen :D

Edit: also preferably in 19" :p
Cheers,
Joe

These are the only sets of wheels I really like. I can't decide on the size though. 19s would be nice but 18s will give me more sidewall.

They will look better in 18" too. 19's look too big on the sleek 1g's. Not to mention the 1g brakes look even worse with a 19" wheel.

My car currently has 19" and I like them. Also I have near new Falken FK452 tyres worth $1300 so if I can find something I like in 19"x8.5" I'll be happy.

Well I PM'd linchpinjoe over one 3si and he told me to contact IPS. I have sent them an email to see what it will cost for freight to Australia. Currently he has free shipping to anywhere in the USA so hopefully this will help me as well :p I also found a local site that allows you to upload a pic of your car then overlay wheels on it to see what it looks like. It's crude but it works. Also the pic is not at the right angle and it was taken on a phone.

Origional wheels in my sig. I think I actually like the origional better. Wish I could still get them

wonder how they would look on a 1970 pontiac, they look like great wheels. is it summit racing that you can see the wheels on your car sitting and in motion or is that only at there store?

Don't know about summit racing. This one is a local Australian site.

Here is a beautiful red VR4 definite show and go car with those rims. How could you go wrong with those wheels?

I'm having trouble getting hold of a set of RP03s. They have been discontinued. Also have not got a reply from IPS either.
I'm also considering this one.

+22 offset, those wheels would stick way out from the fender. I have +30 and they stick out a little bit from the fender. Might want to PM mb7050, he has 19" RP03 on his Spyder.

Really are the 18x8.5? I know my are RP05, but they are almost the same exact spoke design minus the extra stuff.

And? What's the offset and width on them?

I used both the specs of my old rims and the specs of the stock wheels to check. The only thing they don't help you with is caliper clearance [when the spokes are not perfectly straight etc]
