View Full Version : One last shot of the VR4 before winter...

Yesterday me and a friend went out for a quick shoot of my car before the snow hit. Let me know what you guys think, it was my first time using 2 flashes and light stands:

I think the only thing I don't like is the way the dual flash did the hood scoop.

Car looks beautiful but the lines on the humps on the hood and the scoop are kinda harsh. What were you using for lighting? Just straight flashes?

I kind of like the lines on the blisters. Photos like this gives me ideas for paint schemes and body work.

Yeah, no modifiers just straight flashes. I guess I could try it with some kind of diffuser.

Yeah I thought about that after. I need a new lens also though, think my lens would probably flare too much (it's just a kit lens 28-135mm IS USM).

Unfortunately no, it was just a short 45 min shoot. I was wanting to try out my new flash and light stands.
