I live right at the base of the Sandia mountains which sits on the tail end of the rockies. I grew up skiing and switched to a board when I was 16. Anyone have any suggestions I'm thinking of taking a road trip to another mountain range. Oh and I just got my fresh setup for this year....... be jealous. :coo3l:

I just picked up a new snowboard setup Sunday morning. The mountain opens this Saturday. I am SO stoked! I haven't gone in like 5 years so I'll basically be starting over but it should be a blast.

Got a 159W Burton Blunt, with some Burton Customs and Motos

It's not another mountain range, but head up to Keystone. You won't be disappointed trust me.

Currently Riding: Burton Process 155 with Burton Mission EST.

I will have to look into keystone, the only place Ive been in Colorado is wolf creek. This past weekend was nice and windy.

This will be my 17th season snowboarding. I also started skiing 3 years ago. Snow is pretty much all I live for. It's a shame our season is only about 3 months long around here. Plans are for a big move in about 10 years, likely Utah.

LOVE boarding, been doing it about 5 years now. I agree with TT4ME, im in CT and the season here is wicked short. Driving up to Vermont or New Hampshire is nice but days off are rare. Ill either live up there soon or live in norway/sweden/finland depending on how far away the lady wants to move.

Ill get some pics of my gear up soon.

My gear is pretty mixxed set this year nothing new im riding burton shaun white board and burton c60 bindings and Burton ion boots. I broke my finger last year , I had to use my wrist to take a grab so my bindings are in pretty bad shape only after one season.. my friend got a funny pic of me taking a grab with broken finger lol

Not that big of a jump only 12metres of table background makes it look wicked tho

Last year was my first and only time skiing. I skied Breckenridge and it was a blast. I wish I had more than one day, because then I would have boarded. Enjoyed it so much it is one of the reasons that I am packing up and moving to Colorado in 2 years when I finish college.
