sweet as...i got full Logitec G25 (for those that don't know what this is: 6 speed manual with clutch/ force feedback, steel components and very strong) simulator setup with 50" screen waiting for this game....I bought my GTO partly because it was my Favorrite car in Gran Turismo lol

I think alot of us can say that. I bought my stealth because I can't afford a PUMA GTO

Kinda dissapointed so far I haven't played but I've been watching a lot of Justin.tv I was hoping in tuning you could atleast adjust wastegate pressure ETC. But it seems they still haven't expanded the modification system since GT1.

Cost for G25 is around $300-$400 if you look in the right places....some rip off vendors sell em for $600 still.
There is a new G27 version but it doesn't have the ability to change the H pattern to a sequential so it's a matter what you want.
G27 has the abilty to move the pedals sidways a little and has extra buttons on the wheel but tbh this is not needed.

Along with a MUCH improved feedback mechanism. It's the reason I got a g27 instead of a g25. Now if I can just get that damn Obutto (look here http://www.obutto.com/) I'll be set!

I just bought the g27 I still have the g25 I would say there is NO steering feel difference beetween them , I cant comment about the shifter because I broke the g25 shifter same day I bought it ...

i bought gt5 its pretty good but the 3000gt isnt listed as a premium car so you cant change the wheels,install aero parts or change the color and i wasn't happy at all with the graphics of the car,all the other cars look amazing but the 3000gt looks like ps1:confused:

Just remember you need more than just money to get that. You need to be at least a level 24 as well.

Definitely gets better as you go. Best way to level up is through seasonal events in GT Life. If you add me, I can lend you a car that you can use for a race that will net you 2,000,000 credits and bump you up to a ~ level 17 within ten minutes. I'd need the car back though as it cost me over a million credits to buy it, and that's before I pumped a few hundred thousand into mods on it.

OK well I got the X1. I have nothing to say but HOLY S**T!!! Unreal fast and handling is out of this world. A few videos of it doing the Nurburgring in under 3 minutes 30 seconds. Very very difficult to drive. However, it is a driver's car. Your focus has to be at 250%!

You have to be a level 30 and then complete the Sebastian Vettel challenge which is not only not easy, but boderline impossible. Have you driven an X1? Almost impossible to drive it goes so fast and handles so well. It took me a while before I could even keep the thing on a course, much less get a good time with it. It does 0-200mph in a little under 6 seconds after you have it broken in.

Here is a video of a guy going around the ring with his. His, however, has been tweaked for much more downforce so it tops out at 250mph. Mine tops out at 292mph and when stream slipping I've had it up to 312mph.

I got your friend request and cloned you an exact replica of my Pagani Zonda R turbo. I'd highly recommend not changing anything in the tuning of the transmission and especially the suspension. It's tuned at its best. To be honest, when it was stock, it kind of handled like shit. Too short of gears for a light car with that much power. Got all the power mods for it too so you should be good to go.

My GF just bought me this too. I am LOVING it. Been doing a few B-spec races and license tests to start out with. I haven't hooked up my G25 to it yet since the PS3 is about 15 feet from where I sit to play games.

the x1 is super easy to drive around nordshleife or any track for that matter 3.30 is easy too it gets hard go under 3.20 I havent even tweaked it at all just max downforce. just dont use any driving aids or abs. just remember you dont have to brake almost never just downshift and then if you do have to brake use your left foot just feel it like the f1 oh almost forgot keep the revs up no matter what .remember its got physics out of this worldl ... once you drive it enough youll learn there is no time to think just reflects you need to feel the car and the track

All those photos I just posted were from a practice round. I just get the car, go into practice in GT Life and drive around the track a few times. I then exit out of the race and hit replay. As I am watching the replay I wait for opportune moments to take photos where I can then pause the replay and go into photo mode. :)

You cant go to the special photo shoot area with standard cars, but like OBMF just said you can take pictures in replay mode.
