Has anyone been able to separate the ABS motor from the abs pump assembly under the hood?
I'd love to do a full abs delete, but trying to keep the budget low for the rest of the year. The motor looks to be the heaviest item and removing it may be reversible, I haven't looked at it closely yet.
It has got to be 15 lbs.
I did an ABS delete but I'm not sure what you mean separate the motor from the pump? Is there an ABS pump on the motor like the power steering, etc?

cant do it, the brake lines run thru it so you need to do the full conversion.

yeah I was wondering if you could leave the manifold and lines, but cut out the motor itself

if im remebering correctly the front and rear brake lines run thru it so in order to keep the hydrolic pressure something would need to be spliced into its place. when you do the abs delete you omit the 4 lines in and out of the pump and drop 2 full lines form the system when you splice in the non abs proportioning valve. im 99% sure theres nothing to use inplace of the abs pump. heres a pic of the creature i removed from my car. i was not merciful and ripped it out like it was cancer.
