How to Add "How-To"? [Archive] - 3000GT / Stealth / GTO Forum

I have a few how to's I had on 3Si that I want to add here but I'm not sure how to do it. Any advice?

Is there a way to add a How To Library at the top in the sub navigation?

If the article is accepted it will be moved to the how-to section of the front page.
