I have a 18 spline VCU in great shape. Comes as the whole unit including the outshaft. Offer me a price and don't low ball me please. If you want a picture of it I can take one.

I'd like to see some pics, if you don't mind. No chance of selling just the VCU?

Have you bench tested the VCU?

I have not, the VCU came out of a well working transmission. I have it out because I bought the transmission for the housing because my 25 spline one was cracked. I can put some pictures on tomorrow
