Upper Midwest 3/S Gathering -- May 18-20, 2018 -- Wisconsin Dells

Plans are underway for the 2018 Upper Midwest 3/S Gathering in Wisconsin Dells, WI. This year's event will be happening on May 18-20. The schedule and format of events will be similar to year's past. Friday morning will feature a rural cruise though the country side outside of Wisconsin Dells. Friday afternoon we will gather at the hotel and then go out as a group for supper that evening. Saturday morning will be our car show and lunch. Saturday afternoon we will do a group outing. Saturday evening will be the cookout at the hotel. Sunday morning will feature another rural cruise and then a late lunch.

Baker’s Sunset Bay is ready to take your room reservations. Their website is: http://www.sunsetbayresort.com The cheapest rooms are $115 non-lakeside double queens and $125 for lakeside double queens. Also, if you are staying Thursday or Sunday nights we’ll get a discount. The price for a Thursday or Sunday night will be $68/$78. There is also a $5 a night resort fee. Make sure to mention the car club discount when calling. They do have other room types available. The double queen rooms are the cheapest and most popular. Their phone number is 800-435-6515.

I checked in with Baker's Sunset Bay Resort a few days ago. They have 12 rooms reserved for our group. The cheapest rooms (queen doubles, non lakeside) are almost gone. Get your reservations soon!

The UMG is almost here. Its happening this weekend, May 18-20th!

Some final reminders for the UMG. We will be doing two rural cruises again. One on Friday morning and the other on Sunday morning. Bring your FRS radios if you have them. Also, for the car show on Saturday morning, you can print off your car sign ahead of time. The sign is at:
