View Full Version : Avoid 3SWarehouse / GZP at all costs

Hans Ertl @ 3swarehouse / GZP will keep you hanging, avoid at all costs. I ordered a part, they sent the european RHD version. I asked if they would exchange for the DOT approved version and they agreed. I returned the package to sender and he has yet to send out the new part, and has stopped responding to emails for a few weeks now. It's not an availability issue either, he confirmed that he had the part I was looking for in-stock. At this point I just need a refund, still no response via email.

I have started a chargeback claim through my payment processor (PayPal debit card), but it still makes me mad that he is getting money from credit card companies even if I do get refunded by PayPal.

Apparently he has a history of scamming people that I didn't know about until now:

Why is this seller allowed to exist on this forum, let alone be featured as a sponsor when there are several other unresolved disputes of the exact same nature?

What? European version? It's a DOT approved H4 conversion. Nothing about that is European. We were waiting on credit from our parts vendor for the part you had ordered through our website. We do have the replacement part in stock that you wanted to replace it with. But without us getting our credit first, we were not sending out the replacement.

Yes, we have not replied to an email. I have been extremely busy in the garage and haven't had time to reply to customer emails in a few days.

Okay, fair enough. Too late though, like I said via email I have already started a chargeback via PayPal. A little bit of communication would have solved this. For sure link your gmail to your phone though, it makes answering emails as easy as texting.

Hella 003177801 is apparently only ECE but not DOT approved. I also read somewhere that the beam pattern may be different between ECE and DOT. Hella H2110 (http://www.rallylights.com/h2110-hella-165mm-free-form-hi-lo-h4-conversion-headlamp-kit-dot-and-ece.html) is DOT & ECE approved, that is the one I wanted. I wrote this concern in with the order notes when placing the order. Perhaps include the part number in the actual product description to disambiguate. Oh wells.

Since you responded in a decent amount of time to this thread, I will delete this thread once chargeback completes.
