W6MG1 => 6 Speed AWD : NEED 2 Synchro Springs...

Hi,

i replace all bearings on my Gearbox w6mg1.

But on the Rear Gear, i see that 2 spring is broken...

Does Someone know where can i find this Springs ?? News or USED ???

i need them to finish the rebuild :)

What do you mean rear gear? Reverse on the counter shaft or what is it? I have lots of springs. You can't get them new unless you buy a whole hub and slider. Even then, my brand new 1/2 slider had one that was bent up, lol.

yeah, reverse on the Countershaft :)

there are 3 balls with 3 springs... :)

2 are broken on mines...

do you have the 2 or 3 springs USED ??

synchro spring OK !! i found them :)

I start to reassemble the GEARBOX :)

i adjust the bearing cage , but cant find the washers "shims" for adjust the preload of all Bearings...

How can i do this ???

Can i make them with a coca-cola Can ??? aluminium is OK or must be in steel ???
