As per the title, the car was officially weighed on corner weight scales in full race trim including chute.
It weighed 1254kg or 2765 lbs.
Bear in mid that a RHD car is inherantly heavier than a LHD car due to the big bar running from the brake booster, behind the dash to the driver's (RH) side. That weighs a ton, plus there are other differences between RHD and LHD.
This I believe is the lightest anyone has ever made a RHD GTO.
I have my eye on some more weight savings for the future too! :wink:
