Mech near W. Philly

Friends,

I have had a frozen shoulder that is slow to heal. I was just about to throw in VSS, lifters and a 120K in my 94 N/A 3000GT which I just bought when this happened. I rarely trust others, but can't even find a mech that will work on this engine. Does anybody know anybody out my way?
