Sunrise Sunset

So I got up at 5am today with 4 hours of sleep because I had to work late and this morning. Well I drove 25 minutes just to find out my supervisor told me the wrong day I had to work. Naturally Im a little upset but I decided to sit and watch the sunrise. The first two phone photos are from this morning. Others are all sunset.

I love sunrises and sunsets so I figured Id start a thread :). I also love photography and my 35mm SLR but the batteries were dead this morning. Gir. Ill be starting a thread sometime in the next couple days containing my work. :).

I have some really good ones from when I was in Alaska 14 years ago. Unfortunately they are not digital and just on regular photo paper. I can try to scan them, but I doubt they would look all that good then. :(

Is that LVMS? Anyway, it reminded me of some pics I took at LVMS during sunset at the 2007 WCNC. There were fires burning to the west of us that gave the sky an interesting look.

Well thank ya :D Its in for the calender. Please vote for it :lol:....The sunsets are always beautiful out there, I believe its because there is an airport across the street and all the jet fuel makes it pretty.

Wish you could see your car more :D. Or move the camera down and get more of an outline but thats pretty sweet non the less....and the second one, I really like that color. Looks like pollution though?

I was kinda limited for the first one as far as the location it was at. I wanted something different too, but it wasn't happening.

The second one is actually a really nice, clean place, I just processed the hell out of it. :)

Nah. I took that a year and a half back. Perth in WA has some of the most amazing sunsets. Just beautiful. That's also unedited. Natural colours from the sky.
