So, this sideskirt has been shitty for a while. After moving the car from house to house to place to place. And years of sitting, it has just gotten worse. What can be done to fix it so it actually stays on the car..?

Do you have the actual bolt pieces? Those help immensely in it staying in place. The part broken off could be fixed with a little fiberglass. It doesn't even have to be pretty since you will never see it.

You see where it says BOLT? There is a piece that slides into there that goes through the car and you put a nut on it from inside the car. With those in p-lace properly the skirt won't come off unless you break it.

Looks like you're missing the hardware, stephen.

Anyone have links to said hardware where it can be bought?

I was able to purchase new hardware from Cherry Hill back in 2009 when I had my car repainted. I would start with them.
