Hi guys

I am looking at finally taking my car in next spring to get professionally tuned. There are a few things I want to do before then that I would like some input with!

1. I am currently using a TurboSmart boost tee, this is my second one and I think it is starting to let go too. Thinking about upgrading to an electronic boost control. What is everyone using, what works best, best bang for buck??

2. I want to switch out the injectors for a set of 550cc injectors. Any preferences out there?

3. I currently have an AEM FPR (honda style) and it doesn't seem to be very stable. Considering going with a full aftermarket kit, I have heard the Aeromotive FPRs are good. Thoughts?

Thanks for your help!

Do you have anything in place to control larger injectors? If not, for the price of an EBC and a piggyback fuel controller of some kind, and what you can sell your stock ECU for, your best bang for the buck is a 98-99 flashable ECU with Chrome software...

It might help get better advice if you tell us a little about your car... What year? what turbos do you have? What modifications have been done so far?

Ok, so you already have Chrome I assume... Why swap injectors, those 560's work just fine. As good as any 550 out there...

Your SL ECU can't control boost, so I see your need for boost control. If you want cheap and dependable, I like the Ninja performance MBC. If you want electronic, I'm a big fan of Blackstealth's LCDboostcontroller.

You can also talk to Adam or Jester about the cost to have your SL ECU converted to a full VR4 ecu. This would get you boost control built into the ECU and I bet its cheaper than you think (as long as you can have the car down for a bit)

That's not a bad idea striker! I will do that! I can have the car down all winter! haha
