It's basically a companion to a 300m or quadco output shaft. It's made from superior material (QuadcoXR).

I've never heard of a factory part failing due to high torque, and probably wouldn't invest in a quadco one to replace a perfect factory part, but if someone needed a sleeve anyway, this would be a nice upgrade.
